• Bio Guidelines: Your profile biography must be respectful and free of offensive, explicit, or illegal content. It should not contain contact information like phone numbers, email addresses, or social media handles.
• Username Standards: Your username must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or infringe on any trademarks.

3. Membership and Subscriptions

We offer various membership tiers with different features and benefits. The specifics of each level are clearly outlined on our membership page.

• Pricing Structure: All fees are detailed at the point of purchase. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
• Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly) as selected by you. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated. All transactions are processed securely. The currency for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Acceptable and Prohibited Conduct

• Solicitation: Using the platform for commercial solicitation, advertising, or selling of goods and services is forbidden.
• Harassment and Discrimination: Any form of harassment, bullying, stalking, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic is not tolerated.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

• Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until then.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content (such as text and photos) you post on your profile. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, and publish this content for the purpose of operating and improving our service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is." We do not conduct criminal background checks on our members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We are not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or consequential—arising from your use of the service or your interactions with others.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Service.

9. Amendments to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
